About the Author
Dale is motivated by his passion for understanding the fundamental ingredients of both individual and organizational success. As the CEO (or President) of nine organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit/civic sectors over the last 25 years, he learned how to strategically utilize influence to achieve extraordinary success. He is currently the CEO of the management consulting firm Strategic Influence which uses his Intelligent Influence competency framework to provide strategy, operations, and human capital consulting advice to corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits around the world!
Dale received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executives in State and Local Government program.
